3 MORE DAYS! It’s almost Mother’s day and at school we also have a stall for it. We made tissue flowers and used pipe cleaners for the stem and we used glass jars to put succulents and put them in the jar with potty mix. We also went on the iPad’s and made a word art with all the things about your mums personality. Then we sent it to Mr Hope and he printed it out.Now that all of it is ready I can give it to my mum on Mother’s day as a gift.
My Term 1 Holiday
Ok so it was Friday (it was good Friday, so we were not at school), and I was just at home on the couch because we didn’t have anything planned for the day. I was so hungry because it was evening until I got a message from my dad saying to get ready to for the restaurant. In my head I was like “what restaurant?” Apparently, we were going to this Chinese place called Kulfu Cafe and it sounded more like a coffee shop. When we got there, I was shocked by the smell of the rice and meat and this place looked like it had a 5-star rating (it really had 3-stars). I ordered a pineapple fried rice and a soup, and it was like the food you get in a 10 trillion-star rated place (you know I’m exaggerating). After we got back to the house, I was too full to get dessert, so I just went to sleep in bed. The next day was Saturday (obviously), and it was also my friend Perth’s birthday today. I was hyped because it was at laser tag and I absolutely LOVE that game. Not just winning the game but also winning prizes. I mean who doesn’t love winning prizes (answer: no one). I was going to buy him a Minecraft theme gift but instead I got him some $217 gaming headphones just because I realised that he loved gaming more than toys. It was at 3:00pm so we had to eat lunch and then go the mall (yep, it was a mall) so, at 2:30pm we left and went to Maccas to get a burger and some fries. Once we ate, we went to the mall to find laser tag. Then we found the place and we entered. The games and people we are so noisy and I couldn’t bare it. No wonder that the place was called The Noisy Arcade. We had some snacks before entering the laser tag room. I had a fruit kebab and a pack of Doritos before putting on the very heavy pack that had the laser guns. We deployed into the battleground and I tried to shoot as many people as I could. The reason I needed to get as many people as I could was because when you hit someone they had a 3 second delay before they could shoot again. I was the Ice team and we OBLITERATED the other teams. We came first and we were very proud. But then another party came and it suddenly turned into 8 teams instead of 4 teams. Ok so we came last and it was because the other parties were like the Laser Tag GODS. We had some lunch and played some catch the money to get points to use to get prizes. After we redeemed the prizes we had fries and chicken nuggets and some apple juice as a beverage. We left with a goody bag and inside was a very weird fidget toy. In all that was probably the best time ever.
My Mental Health And Hobbies
We need to take care of our mental health and Mr Hope is crazy about that. I will tell you my favourite hobbies and things to do. One of my hobbies is going riding on my skateboard, my bike and occasionally my scooter. I love riding on the bike ramps near Gungurru Park and zooming around with my skateboard and bike in the basketball court. Another hobby I happen to have is just sports in general. Basketball is my main sport I play but I sometimes play soccer at recess and lunch time with the year 5 boys. I love to run to but I’m better at short distance rather than long distance. The last hobby I have is reading books. I find books interesting and I read every night. I usually read my Lexile book at school but at home I read this series of books called Diary Of A Wimpy Kid. There is now 17 books and I have read 14 of them in total. They are super interesting and have crazy twists in the end and that was what got me into the series.
All right those are all my hobbies. AND MAKE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!
Autism Awareness Day!
Today is autism awareness day and we all wore a splash of blue to support this event. We also donated a gold coin to help the people with autism. It happens every year on the 2nd of April and started in 2007. It focuses celebrating neurodiversity, fostering inclusion and reducing stigma. One in one hundred and twenty seven people have autism in the world.

The Dancing Gangsters in 2026
We have been practicing our dance for a full seven weeks straight and now we have finally preformed our amazing dance. We have been going to Edu dance every Tuesday after art and it has been a dreadful time. At first, I thought it was going to be a quick time in learning our dance but once I realised how hard it was going to be I was so annoyed. We are dancing to song called Joker and the Thief by Wolfmother and it is a rock song. We were dressed up as gangsters and at some point, we had to pretend that we were ripping our shirts. I had to be cautious when that move came up because in one of our rehearsals, I actually thought my shirt was going to rip. Another o our moves is when we were at the front and kicked our foot in the air. I really wanted to kick someone in the audience, and I think others would want to too (siblings). We wore a band or gangster themed shirt and most of us wore denim shorts. We had bandanas tied around our head and flannels around our waist. At 5pm on Tuesday we showed up at class, and all got ready by double knotting our bandanas and flannels. After everyone got ready, we lined up in order by the number we had on our hand. I was number 10 so I was going to be 10th on stage. Once we sat down, we sat down in our line I had a shiver up my spine and that was because I was nervous that was going to embarrass myself by like tripping or making a mistake in the dance. We watched 7 other dances before it was our dance, and I didn’t even realise that it was our dance because I was to be entertained by the other dances. When we got up, I realised that all my friends were cheering my name and then I knew I had to do my best. We got up and then started dancing and it seemed like the crowed loved our performance. Once we were done with our dance we all started skipping back to our line and now that I knew that it was all over, I felt way better. After all the dances I realised that the Edu dance concert wasn’t that bad as I thought it was going to be. After we got back to class, we took some pictures and took all the chairs back to our block. Then we left our class and I rate the Edu dance concert a 9 out of 10.
The Whacky Adventure Beforehand
Before we got into class the gangsters raided the adventure playground (not kidding). We all shouted, “TONIGHT WE STEAL THE PLAYGROUND!” We were all playing gang up and sandman and it was hectic. The noise irritated me and I was about to lose my calm side. I went to the stall and bought a soda and some candy, but I couldn’t open the pack before we had to get into class.
Cross Country 2026
Today was cross country and it was hard the defeat but I still did it. As we walked down the the start line I was frightened because of the amount of people I was competing against. First was the year 6 race and the girls were up first. I was one of those people to encouraged the runners on the track and that was basically my job for the whole day. After the boys went it was time for the year fives to get to running. As usual the girls went first and then in was us. We had to run a WHOPPING TWO KILLOMETRES and I didn’t think I would make it out alive. When the final girl came through the finish line we lined up and got ready. I checked if my shoelaces were tied up and the weren’t so I did them up as quick as possible. When we were all ready the whistle blew and everyone was running as fast as they could. It was like a stampede of rhinos and for a second I thought that I was going to trip. Luckily I didn’t but I did get pushed near to the end and fell. I was on my 2nd lap until I realized that people had already finished. I was so tired and exhausted and I walked the last part of the track. After I finished I went to get a drink and after that was the announcements of the top 4. After that was recess but in all the cross country was a fun and exciting event for 2026.
My Mums New Car
So yesterday my mum got a brand new car and we all agree that it is a very nice car. It is a Toyota and a red paint coat and a custom licence plaque. I’m not going to say what the numbers and name are because people could track us. The car has a black interior and glows blue when at night. It has a big speaker and radio and plays songs clearly. The wheels are black but have red lines and words on it. The boot has an extra compartment and has a spare tire. Ok that’s all about my mums new car. I hope you enjoyed listening about my mums new car.
The Cyclone is Coming
A cyclone is coming our way and were all scared. It is 2026 the 25th of March, and the first cyclone of the year is about to happen. We don’t know if it will come today or another day and were worried on what will happen. We think that the full cyclone won’t come but the tail of the cyclone will. Be prepared because it could surprise us any day and we won’t be ready for it. The internet is going to have problems, and I won’t be able to post for a while. Rico is saying that this is the end for humanity but he’s exaggerating. Ok stay safe.
All About Red Pandas
Ok if you have checked my about me page on my blog you would’ve known that my most favorite animal on the earth is a red panda. So I’m going to tell you all the facts and features of a red panda.
Red pandas are unique, tree dwelling mammals native to the high-altitude forests of the Himalayas and southwestern China.
- The “Original” Panda: They were discovered and named by Western scientists in 1825, roughly 48 years before the giant panda was catalogued.
- Built for the Trees: They are expert climbers with flexible ankles that allow them to rotate their feet 180 degrees, enabling them to climb down tree trunks headfirst.
- Six-Digited Paws: Like giant pandas, they have a “false thumb”—an enlarged wrist bone that helps them grip bamboo stalks and branches.
- Fluffy Blankets: Their long, bushy tails aren’t just for balance; they wrap them around their bodies like a built-in blanket to stay warm in freezing mountain temperatures.
- Dietary Oddity: Though classified as carnivores due to their ancestry, their diet is 95-98% bamboo. They must eat 20-30% of their body weight in bamboo daily because they cannot digest it efficiently.
That’s all I can remember about RED PANDAS.
Story Starters (Feel free to use them in your stories🤪)
A story starters is a way to start a novel or stories. Story starters a way to start off your stories or novels with an interesting way. They usually are eye catching and attract people and drag them into reading the stories. I have used three particular words and put them in story starters. I will make the particular words bold in my 3 story starters.
1# He could feel the anger rising like smoke through his chest, and with each passing second, it grew harder to contain.
2# There was a sinister shadow slipping between the alleyway, invisible to most, but unmistakable to those who dare to look closer.
3# There sky darkened ominously ,mirroring the despair in her eyes, as if the entire universe conspired to echo her inner turmoil.
